Refund policy

Because every cake is made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds once production starts (within 48 hours of delivery). If you cancel more than 48 hours before delivery you receive a full refund. If the cake arrives damaged due to our handling, contact us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery with a photo — we will replace the cake or refund in full.
